The holiday season gives us all so much to be thankful for, and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s a great time to pay it forward.
West Villages, packed with so many amenities that offer so many to so much, is the perfect home to extend hospitality to newcomers and veterans alike, to volunteer and make the season brighter. Here are a few ideas and locations near West Villages that offer opportunities to donate time or treasure:

Historic Spanish Point: Participate in the history and culture of Florida as a volunteer at the 30-acre living museum whose real estate dates back some 5,000 years and includes a turn-of-the-century pioneer homestead, citrus packing house and more. “No matter who you are or whatever your passion may be, Historic Spanish Point offers wonderful opportunities to meet new friends and explore new interests,” the website says.
